Searching for your new home has never been easier. We provide clients exclusive home searching tools for RE/MAX agents, where you can browse new listings as soon as they hit the market, set up automated alerts, customize search parameters so you never miss an opportunity.

Once we have toured a home that seems to have your name written all over it, we will discuss and strategize what terms to include in the offer. When we are all in agreement on the offer, we will put everything into writing and review it together before I send the offer on your behalf.

Real estate negotiation is arguably one of the most underrated steps of the home-buying process. Here is where good strategy, an experienced realtor, and clever positioning will make all the difference in the price and terms you end up with in the purchase agreement.

While we package your offer, we will outline any and all conditions that are included in the offer. This can include conditions around the subject of financing, home inspection, status certificates, furniture negotiations, and more.

When your offer is accepted, we will wait for closing day to arrive, which is when you will get the keys to your new home. Then we will celebrate because you just officially signed the paperwork and purchased your new home!
